Cześć Cupcakers!!
Ola and I go waaay back to when I was at University, but back then I knew her as Lexi; she was such a bad-ass and had such a retro pin-up look. Fast forward she is still just as bad-ass, representing the boss babes on her blog and YouTube. I caught up with her and found out some super amazing stuff!

Hi Ola! Thank you so much for taking the time to chat to me! How’s everything going with your blog?
Hi Mica, Thank you for having me. It’s going well, thank you. After the busy Christmas period, I’m excited to be back and create lots of new content about body positivity, feminism, girl related issues, meditation and tips on how to get the most out of life

You seem to have a really loyal following, how long did it take you to get your blog really noticed? I initially started my blog just over 3 years ago, where I focused mainly on fashion. Around a year ago, I decided to start a new blog where I would talk more about things that are closer to my heart. As a lot of the topics I cover are relatable and I talk about issues within the modern world people are interested in what my thoughts are.

What’s your go to party outfit?
I’m a sucker for a wide leg jumpsuit. Whatever kind of party I am going to, there is always the perfect jumpsuit for the occasion. If it’s a night out I love a bit of underboob action and for something more formal I go for a more conservative, long sleeve piece but still in a trendy print.

What’s one beauty product you cannot live without? Since the age of 15, I have used my favourite foundation called Dermacol. It became an internet sensation around 3 years ago when Nikki Tutorial showed it in her ‘World’s most coverage foundation’ video. It’s a Czech brand and I have been always purchasing it over in Poland, but I do know that it is available online worldwide. My only tip with it is that since it’s such high coverage, I actually only use it as a concealer. Mainly around my mouth and under my eyes. Definitely recommend it to anyone who has acne issues and wants that ‘airbrushed‘ look.

Animals are such an important part of my life and my love for them is unconditional. I started to take more interests in creative arts in my teenage years and decided that my love for an animal will be with me forever, however, being creative is what I want to do for a job.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”1308″ img_hover=”fade-out”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”1300″ img_hover=”fade-out”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”1302″ img_hover=”fade-out”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]
Do you think you need a degree to be successful in the fashion industry? Absolutely not! I think that a degree can be beneficial in many ways, whether it’s a push for you to learn in live in the ‘real world‘, help you manage your finances, get better at social skills; but it is not a necessity. Many successful people have never finished their degree or went to university in the first place. In fact, I believe that in many creative industries it’s your hard work and creativity that can get you much further than a degree. Who’s your favourite designer right now and why? It has to be Tom Ford. His smart, clean and modern designs are perfection. I also love his views on feminism and female empowerment. One of his favourite quotes of mine are “There’s nothing stronger and more powerful than a beautiful woman. I don’t think expressing what nature intended you to be is anything but powerful. My women are not sitting there waiting for someone, they’re taking charge. Doesn’t matter whether they’re naked – they’re powerful, they’re smart, and you’re not going to get them if they don’t want you.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”1304″ add_caption=”yes” img_hover=”fade-out”][vc_column_text]

Finally, any advice for young bloggers? Consistency and persistence are key. You’ve got to love what you write for others to feel that love too. And as long as you carry on doing what you love, the audience will come.

Until then. Stay Stylish beauties!!
