2020 is well and truly up and running, Christmas and new years have come and gone so it’s time to get back to it and time for some new posts and content. It’s track of the week time and for this week’s track I want to take this opportunity to pay tribute to one of my favourite performers who passed away in earlier December 2019. Marie Fredriksson was the leader vocalist of pop rock duo Roxette and sadly she finally lost her battle with cancer and is no longer with us. I adored Marie when I was young, she was awesome with her short spikey punk haircut and amazing powerful voice. The track I’ve picked is classic Roxette from their second album (but their first that made an impact around the world) Look Sharp!, it’s the epic power ballard ‘Listen to your heart’. One of my all time favourite songs it’s one of those stadium rock anthems, enjoy!
